PLEASE READ THE TERMS IN THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") defines the terms of your use of the Turkeyexportline.com.tr website, which is identified by its single source address Turkeyexportline.com.tr (the "Site"). This Agreement is made between you as a user of the Site ("User") and Turkeyexportline.com.tr.

1 Acceptance and Application of the Terms of Use
1.1 For the purpose of this Agreement, a User is any person who has access to this Site for any purpose, including registration as a member of Turkeyexportline.com.tr or registration as a paid member to use special services. A User includes a person who both uses this site and has any legal presence as indicated by a current or open authoritative source.
1.2 By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement as a User. You will be entitled to access to your account, use of the Site and any upgrades, corrections, additions and modifications to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Site.
1.3 This Agreement applies to each Paid Service (set out below) in addition to any terms applicable to similarly provided specific Paid Services, provided that (a) in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provision of terms applicable to similar Paid Services and the provision of this Agreement, such conflict or inconsistency may be resolved (except as expressly agreed or provided) by procedures appropriate to the structure of Turkeyexportline. com.tr and/or its affiliates; and (b) only in the event that such dispute or inconsistency cannot be resolved, the provision of terms applicable to similar specific Paid Services shall prevail.
1.4 Turkeyexportline.com.tr may update this Agreement at any time by posting an updated and restated Agreement on the Site. The revised Agreement is effective from the moment it is posted. This Agreement was last amended on 28.03.2023. Turkeyexportline.com.tr's posting of the revised Agreement and your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the terms of the revised Agreement. This Agreement may not be modified except with the permission or authorization of an official of Turkeyexportline.com.tr.
2 Paid Services
2.1 Access to the Site and use of its features is open to all members. However, Turkeyexportline.com.tr may, without prior notice, limit access to Site features or certain areas (Paid Services) to paid Users or Users with a special registration process. The terms of access to and use of these Paid Services are set forth in the separate agreements set forth below in addition to this Agreement.
2.2 Turkeyexportline.com.tr may close Paid Services for any User in order to protect its rights.
3 General Users
3.1 Users may use this Site for their personal business and internal transactions. Each User agrees that he/she may not copy, use, download any information, text, images, pictures, videos, clips, folders, files, databases or listed information contained on the Site for the purpose of reselling and distributing (Turkeyexportline.com.tr content) through the Site or through mass e-mailing or for a business relationship that would put Turkeyexportline.com.tr in a difficult situation. Otherwise, Turkeyexportline.com.tr will be commercially misused. The systematic renewal, systematic renewal of the content of Turkeyexportline.com.tr directly or indirectly through the Site for the creation or compilation of a collection, compilation, database or folder (with robots, spiders, automatic devices or manually) is prohibited without the written permission of Turkeyexportline.com.tr. In addition, any use of the content or materials for any purpose is prohibited except as specifically provided in this Agreement. 
3.2 Some of the content displayed on Turkeyexportline.com.tr is provided or posted by 3rd parties ("Third Party Content"). Turkeyexportline.com.tr is not authorized third party content, including content provided by anonymous users or paid content providers. Neither Turkeyexportline.com.tr nor any of our affiliates, directors, officers or employees shall enter into any sales agency relationship with any such third party company using the effect of displaying Third Party Content on the Site.   
3.3 Turkeyexportline.com.tr may allow Users to access services, products, content provided by hyperlinks (word, banner, channel, etc.) linking to the web pages of Third Parties. We warn you to carefully read the terms of use or privacy terms of such sites before using such sites. The User acknowledges that Turkeyexportline.com.tr cannot control the web pages of third parties, cannot monitor their sites and Turkeyexportline.com.tr is not liable or responsible to anyone for such sites or any content, products or services provided by them.
3.4Messages or information sent by Users through the communication channels on the Site or letters, faxes or e-mails sent to the addresses provided on the Site must not contain any of the content described in the clauses of Section 5.5 below.
3.5 Turkeyexportline.com.tr has the right to create, deny or limit different access to the Site and its features, taking into account different Users, or to change the site features or to change new features without prior notice. Each User agrees in advance not to hold Turkeyexportline.com.tr liable to the User in any way whatsoever, nor shall any third party's inability to use the Site (corruption, limited access, cancellation or modification of features on the Site, etc.), any delays, errors or problems with communication or transmission, or any damages (direct, indirect, consequential, etc.) causing any inconvenience in the use of the Site or its features hold Turkeyexportline.com.tr liable.
3.6 No User may make any attempt to disrupt the integrity of the networks or computer systems used by Turkeyexportline.com.tr, and/or no other User and no User may attempt to gain unauthorized access to such networks or computer systems.  
3.7 We encourage you to read in particular to familiarize yourself with Turkeyexportline.com.tr's Privacy Policy, which governs the use and protection of each User information at the disposal of Turkeyexportline.com.tr. Each User hereby also agrees to the Privacy Agreement and any updates and renewals thereof. Each User acknowledges that Turkeyexportline.com.tr may revise the Privacy Agreement from time to time, as Turkeyexportline.com.tr is required to maintain an up-to-date version of the Privacy Agreement on the Site at all times. Continued use of the Site shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the Privacy Agreement, which will be displayed on the Site at the time of such use. 
3.8 You agree that you will not in any way infringe the proprietary rights of others with respect to your access to and use of Turkeyexportline.com.tr. Turkeyexportline.com.tr has the right to close the accounts of members or users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or violate the proprietary rights of others. In addition, Turkeyexportline.com.tr has the right to close the account of any user if he or she violates the rights of others by using the services of Turkeyexportline.com.tr, or if the Administration believes that any user will harm the activities, structure or other users of Turkeyexportline.com.tr or the unique identity of Turkeyexportline.com.tr for any reason, with or without cause.
4In the event that the member has unlawful and illegal transactions that violate the provisions of the site terms of use and legal warnings, Turkeyexportline.com.tr suspends the membership in the first stage as a precautionary measure (closes all access to the site, advertisements), asks the member to prove the relevant claim, the member sends the relevant information and documents to Turkeyexportline.com.tr as an e-mail within 3 business days at the latest and must immediately take initiatives for its release. Otherwise, turkeyexportline accepts in advance that the MANAGEMENT is fully authorized, without prejudice to all our rights such as unilateral termination of the contract, filing criminal complaints to courts, enforcement offices and public institutions and organizations, temporary ban, permanent ban, attempts to compensate for damage and loss if there is a defect, filing a lawsuit, testifying in lawsuits, providing documents and information.
5Registered Users
5.1 Each user who fills in the online information form on the Website by entering the required information (such as name, address, telephone, fax number, e-mail address, job details) is a registered user of Turkeyexportline.com.tr (a "Registered User"). Turkeyexportline.com.tr will publish an account ("Account") for each Registered User and each Registered User will be identified by a username ("User ID") and password ("Password") to access their account.
5.2 Turkeyexportline.com.tr may allocate a web-based e-mail account to the User for sending and receiving e-mails with unlimited usage ("Email Account"). The User shall be responsible for all users of the Site and for the content of all messages sent through the Email Account, and shall be responsible for the consequences of any such messages.
5.3 If the Registered User is a business entity, you represent that (a) you are legally authorized to enter into this Agreement, (b) the address you use when registering indicates the approved valid location of such entity, and (c) all other information used in registering with Turkeyexportline.com.tr is true, accurate, current and complete. For the purposes of providing this information, a branch or representative office shall not be considered for a separate entry and the address of the principal location of the business entity shall be deemed to be its head office.
5.4As a Registered User, you consent to us receiving your personal information into our Global Buyer Database and authorize Turkeyexportline.com.tr to share this information with other users.
5.5We may cancel or suspend the Registered User's Account and Email Account at any time with less than 24 hours' notice to the Registered User. However, such notice is not required in some cases; (a) if the Registered User violates the provisions of this Agreement, or (b) if the information provided to Turkeyexportline.com.tr by the Registered User is false, inaccurate, not valid or incomplete, which is sufficient reason to suspend the membership, or (c) if the Administration believes that the activities of the Registered User will cause financial losses or legal problems to other Registered Users, other Users or Turkeyexportline.com.tr or its partners.
5.6The Registered User may not use the Email Account for junk mail, promotional message chains or spam or for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, obscene, threatening, vulgar, obscene, obscene dissemination or any other material that is offensive. Furthermore, a Registered User may not use his/her Email Account for the circulation, transmission, dissemination or publication of persistent advertising, promotional information or any content that is obscene, indecent, provocative, disgusting, defamatory, threatening or threatening, nor may it cause racism, discrimination, intimidation, invasion of privacy through provocative effects.
5.7A Registered User may not sell, attempt to sell, offer to sell, transfer or transfer his/her Account, User ID or Password to a third party without the written permission of Turkeyexportline.com.tr.
5.8The accounts of Users who subscribe for free membership will be temporarily or permanently closed to access by the site management after 1 month from the start date of membership, and although it is stated in Section 4.1, Turkeyexportline.com.tr may refuse the publication of an Account and / or Email Account and the Username and Password of any User for any reason whatsoever and may refuse registration.
6Users Publishing Information on Turkeyexportline.com.tr
6.1 You must be a Registered User to post information using the helpful instructions on the Site and using the editing tools provided on the Site. Your status will be as set out in the provisions of Section 4.
6.2There is no sales agency agreement between Turkeyexportline.com.tr, its affiliates, directors or employees and any User regarding the use of the advantage of displaying any of the User information on the Site by Turkeyexportline.com.tr.
6.3 Each User referred to herein undertakes and agrees (a) to provide Turkeyexportline.com.tr with accurate, precise, valid and complete information for display on the Site, and (b) to maintain and make the necessary arrangements to ensure that all such information is accurate, precise, valid and complete. Each User hereby grants Turkeyexportline.com.tr the irrevocable, perpetual, permanent, widespread, original, royalty-free, reproducible authorization to publish and use all information provided by similar Users consistent with the purposes of this Agreement, and also consents to the control of the publication, copyright and database usage rights of the materials and information owned in a known or unknown media.
6.4 Each user hereby agrees that for any material or information posted on the Site, all necessary third party copyright, trademark registration, trade secret or patent rights must be provided, or other licenses and permissions in connection with any third party's personal or proprietary rights (including but not limited to privacy rights and personality rights) or other licenses and permissions or may be necessary, or provide them to Turkeyexportline.com.tr or authorize Turkeyexportline.com.tr for display. Third party copyrights, trademark registration, trade secret rights, patents and other personal or proprietary rights, privacy rights and personality rights, including but not limited to third party copyrights, trademark registration, trade secret rights, patents and other personal or proprietary rights, privacy rights and personality rights affecting or in connection with the information or materials displayed on the Site, as well as those affecting or in connection with the products displayed or offered on the Site are hereinafter referred to as "Third Party Rights". Each User accepts, declares, undertakes and guarantees that any information and materials and products shown on the Site that he/she publishes or provides to Turkeyexportline.com.tr or authorizes Turkeyexportline.com.tr to publish the information will not violate Third Party Rights in any way or that this information is reported within the permission of the owner. Each User also agrees, represents, warrants and guarantees that it has the right to manufacture, offer, sell, import and distribute the products shown and offered on the Site and that the manufacture, offer, sale, import and/or distribution of these products does not in any way infringe Third Party Rights.
6.5 Each User who registers information for publication on turkeyexportline.com.tr agrees and undertakes not to include the following items:
* fraudulent information or fraudulent offers or attempts to sell counterfeit or stolen products, marketing and/or sale of products prohibited by law, or promotion of other illegal activities;
* being part of schemes to defraud other Users of the Site or other unlawful purposes; being associated with the sale of services or products that infringe the copyright, patent, trademark registration, trade secret or other proprietary rights of third parties or Third Party Rights; violate any law, statute, statute or regulation (including, without limitation, any law governing outreach, consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination or false advertising); engage in defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or harassing activities; engage in defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or harassing activities;
* being obscene or publishing pornography or sexually explicit merchandise or other similar content, or promoting sexually explicit or harmful to minors material; promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationalism, disability, sexual orientation or age;
* contain unauthorized advertising or damaging material (including spam generators), invade anyone's privacy or engage in any criminal activity, interfere with civil liability, or violate any law or regulation;
* solicit business contacts from any User in connection with a competing business activity with Turkeyexportline;
* information containing computer viruses or other destructive devices or information containing codes with damaging effects, content that is harmful to any software and hardware, data or personal information;
* provide links that contain direct or indirect descriptions of services or products prohibited by this Agreement;
* or content that may create obstacles for Turkeyexportline or its affiliates.
6.6 ADMINISTRATION. has the necessary authority to remove materials displayed on the Site that it reasonably believes to be unlawful, that interfere with Turkeyexportline.com.tr, that do not comply with this Agreement or that are contrary to the opinion of Turkeyexportline.com.tr. Turkeyexportline.com.tr reserves the right to cooperate fully with third parties, private investigators and/or governmental authorities in the event of any suspected crime or public order offense. However, Turkeyexportline.com.tr may disclose the User's identifying information if a government agency or (law enforcement) law enforcement agency, an injured third party or other lawful activity requests it, and Turkeyexportline.com.tr is not responsible for the consequences thereof and the User agrees not to blame or take any action against Turkeyexportline.com.tr for such disclosure. In any connection mentioned above, Turkeyexportline.com.tr may suspend or cancel the Account of any User in a prudent manner. In the event that the User engages in any of the activities mentioned in this section, the User agrees not to hold Turkeyexportline.com.tr liable for any consequences or damages of any kind, and the User also agrees that Turkeyexportline.com.tr may engage in such activity.
7 Negotiations between Buyers and Suppliers
7.1 Through the Site, Turkeyexportline.com.tr provides a web-based electronic platform for the exchange of information between buyers and sellers about the seller's products and services. Turkeyexportline.com.tr does not represent either the seller or the buyer in private negotiations and does not charge any commission for the negotiations. If a sale of goods or services is realized as a result of negotiations with buyers solely for the purpose of assisting the User in the event of the User's technical incapacity, the User shall be entitled to a commission at a rate to be determined by the User. Consequently, Turkeyexportline.com.tr is not responsible for or can not control the availability of products and services displayed for sale on the Site, the availability of suppliers for the completion of a sale or the availability, legality, safety or quality of the buyer who will purchase them.
7.2 Users are warned of the risks of dealing with people who engage in malpractices. Turkeyexportline.com.tr uses various techniques to verify the accuracy of the information provided by Users when registering on the Site. However, since it is difficult to confirm user information on the Internet, Turkeyexportline.com.tr does not and cannot confirm the accuracy of the identity information provided by the User (without limitation, W type membership, B type membership, C type membership, G type membership).
7.3 Each User fully accepts all risks in any trading transaction using the Site and assumes all risks of loss or liability that may arise from subsequent activity related links to various products or services made using the Site. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, misunderstanding of products or services, fraudulent designs, unsatisfactory quality, unmet product specifications, damaging or dangerous products, illegal products, delays in delivery or payment, incorrect cost analysis, breach of warranty, breach of contract and transportation accidents. These risks also include the risk of damage to the products and services manufactured, transported, distributed, offered, offered, displayed, demonstrated, purchased, sold and/or displayed or offered on the Site or may claim infringement of Third Party Rights, which risk may cause the User to incur defense costs or other expenses in connection with third party claims of Third Party Rights. Such risks may also include accusations by consumers, purchasers, end-users or others of damages or inconvenience arising from the use of products sold as a result of the purchase and sale of products provided by Users on the Site as a result of transactions using the Site. The risks mentioned above are hereinafter referred to as "Transaction Risks". Each User agrees that MANAGEMENT shall not be liable for any expenses, loss of business, inconveniences, damages, losses, costs, obstacles or damages that appear in connection with or as a result of Transaction Risks.
7.4Users are solely responsible for all of the terms and conditions of all transactions administered as a result of the use of the Site, including, without limitation, payment terms, returns, warranty terms, loading, insurance, fees, taxes, title, licenses, fines, licenses, handling, transportation and storage.
7.5 If any User is in dispute with any person or firm arising out of a transaction, such User shall indemnify MANAGEMENT (and our agents, partners, directors, officers, employees and workers) release and agree to indemnify you from all claims, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages).
8Limit of Responsibility
8.1THE SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES ON THE TURKEYEXPORTLİNE.COM.TR SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" OR "AS MAY BE" BASIS AND TURKEYEXPORTLİNE.COM. TR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OR ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED HEREIN, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF CONDITION, QUALITY, DURABILITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8.2TURKEYEXPORTLİNE.COM.TR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE VALIDITY, ACCURACY, PRECISION, CORRECTNESS, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, STABILITY, STABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE. TURKEYEXPORTLİNE.COM.TR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTION, TRANSPORTATION, DISTRIBUTION, OFFERING, DEMONSTRATION, PURCHASE, SALE OR USE OF THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS DISPLAYED OR OFFERED ON THE SITE WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY THIRD PARTY RIGHTS; AND TURKEYEXPORTLİNE. COM.TR DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE DISPLAYED OR OFFERED ON THE SITE.
8.3 Any material provided or downloaded from the Site is at each User's own initiative and risk, and each User is directly responsible for any loss of data or any damage to the computer system that may result from any downloaded material. No advice or information, whether written or oral, provided by the User from Turkeyexportline.com.tr or through the Site is guaranteed and is not expressly and unambiguously expressed herein.
8.4Turkeyexportline. com.tr shall not be liable for any direct or indirect disruption, loss or delay of the service or content delivered through the Site, including natural disasters, causes or forces beyond acceptable control, as well as internet connection problems, computer-related problems, communication lines or other device problems, power line problems, strikes, job losses, riots, riots, civil disturbances, material or labor shortages, fires, floods, storms, explosions, natural disasters, war, governmental activities, national or foreign court decisions or unsatisfactory performance of third parties. com.tr cannot be held responsible.
8.5 Each User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Turkeyexportline.com.tr, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees from and against any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnification basis) arising out of the use of the Site (including the display of the User's information on the Site) or arising from the breach of any of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Each User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Turkeyexportline.com.tr, its partnerships, directors, officers, directors and employees, including those set forth in Sections 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 above, from and against any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnification basis), charges, debts (including legal costs on a full indemnification basis) that may arise from the breach by the User of any of the warranties and representations made by the User to Turkeyexportline.com.tr. Each User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Turkeyexportline.com.tr, its partnerships, directors, officers, directors and employees from any and all losses, charges, liabilities (including legal costs based on full indemnification) that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of any of the claims asserted by third parties or Third Party Rights claimants in relation to the products displayed and offered on the Site.
Each User further acknowledges and agrees that any material posted by others through the Site that is defamatory, disgusting or otherwise unlawful, and any damages arising therefrom, are at the User's sole risk. Turkeyexportline.com.tr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to control and individually defend any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you may cooperate with Turkeyexportline.com.tr in asserting any available defenses.
8.6Turkeyexportline.com.tr shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or various damages (such as loss of profit, loss of business, loss of information), negligence, tort, strict liability or any of the following:
* Inability to use the Site;
* Failures in the services, information, data, samples or goods provided or purchased from a third party service provider or the User through the Site;
* infringement of Third Party Rights or the possibility or likelihood of a claim that the User's manufacture, transportation, distribution, offer, purchase, sale and/or use of the products and services displayed or offered on the Site infringes Third Party Rights; or accusations, claims or demands by Third Party Rights claimants or any person authorized for indemnification or defense in connection with the assertion of rights;
* Inability to use the Site;
* Failures in the services, information, data, samples or goods provided or purchased from a third party service provider or the User through the Site;
* infringement of Third Party Rights, or the possibility or likelihood that the User's manufacture, transportation, distribution, offer, purchase, sale and/or use of the products and services displayed or offered on the Site may be alleged to infringe Third Party Rights; or accusations, claims or demands by Third Party Rights claimants or any person authorized for indemnification or defense in connection with the assertion of rights;
* unauthorized access by third parties to any User's personal information or data; or problems in connection with the Special Services, including negligence.
9Intellectual Property Rights
9.1Turkeyexportline.com.tr is the legal license and sole owner of all rights to the Site and is also the sole owner of the Turkeyexportline.com.tr Content. Trade secrets and intellectual property rights in the Site and Turkeyexportline.com.tr Content are protected by international copyright and other laws. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights in the Site and Turkeyexportline.com.tr Content remain with Turkeyexportline.com.tr, its affiliates or the licensor of the Turkeyexportline.com.tr Content. These rights are owned by or protected by Turkeyexportline.com.tr under this Agreement.
9.2 "TURKEYEXPORTLİNE", "TURKEYEXPORTLİNE.COM.TR", and related icons and logos are registered trademarks and service marks authorized by YÖNETİM. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and proprietary rights laws.
10Notices
10.1 All notices and requests to Turkeyexportline.com.tr shall be effective if delivered in writing and in full to TURKEYEXPORTLİNE as follows Kuştepe, Trump Towers, Mecidiyeköy Yolu Cd. No:12, 34360 Şişli/İstanbul, Turkey Attention Legal Department
10.2 All notices and requests sent to the User shall be effective when delivered personally by a courier, registered mail, facsimile or by an active valid e-mail provided by the User to Turkeyexportline.com.tr, or by posting such a notice or request in a publicly accessible area of the Site free of charge. A User shall be deemed to have been notified when Turkeyexportline.com.tr is able to display the communication (in physical or electronic form) sent to the User, when a notice is given to a User, or when such a notice is posted on a publicly accessible area of the Site free of charge.
11General
11.1 With respect to any additional contractual terms in connection with the Paid Services, this Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the User and Turkeyexportline.com.tr for access to and use of the Site, superseding any prior written or oral agreement with respect to the same subject matter hereof.
11.2 Turkeyexportline.com.tr and the User are independent persons and no agency, partnership, cooperation, employee-employer or franchising relationship is established under this Agreement.
11.3 If any provision hereof is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall apply.
11.4The heading is used for reference purposes only and does not in any way define, interpret or limit the content or subject matter of the section.
11.5 The failure of a User to comply with the provisions of the Agreement under these terms and conditions does not waive Turkeyexportline.com.tr's rights in any way, even if Turkeyexportline.com.tr is unable to assert any of its rights, and does not prevent Turkeyexportline from taking action to protect its rights in the event of a similar breach of the Agreement that may arise subsequently.
11.6 Turkeyexportline.com.tr has the right to assign its obligations and duties under this Agreement and any agreement in connection with the Paid Services to any person or entity.
11.7 The Parties hereto hereby accept the original jurisdiction of the Turkish Courts in the event of any dispute with respect to this Agreement.
12 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND PROHIBITION OF TRANSFER
12.1; The service subject to this Agreement is a service that is instantly performed to the Customer electronically and cannot be returned to the Customer due to its nature. In addition, pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Customer has no right of withdrawal. The parties accept and undertake that they will not transfer and assign their rights, receivables and obligations arising from this Agreement to third parties
shall not exercise its rights arising out of this Agreement. In addition, the Customer agrees that it will not make its rights arising from this Agreement available to any other natural or legal person.
