As Yalcinkaya, we started our three generations of service as an establishment in 1988. In 1995, we decided to expand our goals as a family business and established our own integrated oven drying system to solve the aflatoxin problem in peppers. With our production in accordance with Turkish and European standards, we supplied products to many packaging companies in TSE standards. In 2007, we started to produce pepper paste and tomato paste using modern integrated machine technologies, adding new rings to our achievements. We continued our success in pepper paste and produced "A Quality Pepper Paste" and became one of the leading companies in the Amik Plain in a short time.

We continue on the road we set out with the slogan "YALÇINKAYA, THE BRAND OF BRAND CITY GAZİANTEP", adding new achievements every day. Yalçınkaya is one of the leading companies in the Islahiye region in the production of chili peppers and spices with its integrated facility and does not compromise hygiene standards. Our pepper paste integrated facility is the second largest integrated facility in the region.
